This system is a Huge Improvement over
the factory mounting system installed on later model Commanders.
Extremely high quality, simple, and elegant. Lights can easily be adjusted without bending or altering the mounting assembly. Strong enough to accommodate alternate lighting options, HID, LED, etc. Lights can easily be replaced “from the front” without changing the alignment, or taking apart the entire assembly. This system will not work with any of the early model 112, 112TC, 112TCA, or 114 model aircraft.

This system will also work on model 112 serial numbers 1 through 125 if you have a log book entry showing that your airplane was updated with aluminum entry doors, and file an FAA 337 form for approval.
This system will not work with any of the later 112TCA, 114A, 114B, or 114TC model aircraft or any model with the “push down” style door handles.
